Wonderful Experience!

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Nov 2022, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Amazing

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Breakfast was amazing!, service is also good with friendly staff, We had a GREAT nights sleep, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

Affordable

service is also good with friendly staff, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Al-Haram Residency Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, You should only stay with Al-Haram Residency because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , All are very professional and well spoken staff.

Very Good

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Al-Haram Residency Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The room was very clean and nice, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, I look forward to returning to the Al-Haram Residency in Neelum soon! inshallah, Breakfast was amazing!, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.

Good Experience

Rooms are clean, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Very clean and beautiful hotel, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, In the Al-Haram Residency you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Location is excellent.

Great customer service experience

Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Had a lovely first time in Al-Haram Residency, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , I will definitely stay here again! in Al-Haram Residency inshallah, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Al-Haram Residency is extremely close to many restaurants, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The room was more clean and well appointed, All of us had fresh salad for dinner.
