Excellent Staff at Al-Haram Residency

Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Al-Haram Residency, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., I have been coming here for the past three years and Al-Haram Residency never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Good experience at Al-Haram Residency. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, In the Al-Haram Residency you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

Nice Food

Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, We have stayed at this fantastic Al-Haram Residency many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Everything about this Al-Haram Residency was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, A fantastic place to stay.
