Nice Staff Al-Haram Residency

The food is varied and excellent, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum.

On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The room was very clean and nice, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need.

Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Just got back from three nights at the Al-Haram Residency my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, I stayed at the Al-Haram Residency because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, You should only stay with Al-Haram Residency because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location.

Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, We have stayed at this fantastic Al-Haram Residency many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, I have been coming here for the past three years and Al-Haram Residency never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained.
