Amazing staff

My room was always clean and all questions were answered, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The hotel was extremely clean, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.

Amazing stay

I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, A fantastic place to stay, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, We stayed at Al-Haram Residency, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else.

The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Feb 2022, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Al-Haram Residency is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Al-Haram Residency, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Neelum, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, This Al-Haram Residency hotel is best, The best host we had in Neelum.

The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The hotel is in a good location, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location.

Clean and cozy

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Had a great stay at this Al-Haram Residency and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The room was very clean and nice, The best host we had in Neelum.
