Clean rooms, great food

The room was very clean and nice, Breakfast was amazing!, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Everything about this Al-Haram Residency was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks.

Excellent Rooms at Al-Haram Residency

The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, This was my first time at the Al-Haram Residency, I will try to stay there from now on, Very clean and beautiful hotel, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Al-Haram Residency good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip.

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, Al-Haram Residency is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, Just got back from three nights at the Al-Haram Residency my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, You will not want to go back from here, really appreciated.

Nice place to stay

Had a great stay at this Al-Haram Residency and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Breakfast was amazing!, We have been to Al-Haram Residency some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I have been coming here for the past three years and Al-Haram Residency never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

A True Heavenly Place!!!

I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, service is also good with friendly staff, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.

I look forward to returning to the Al-Haram Residency in Neelum soon! inshallah, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, really appreciated, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, You should only stay with Al-Haram Residency because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.

That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Al-Haram Residency, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Neelum, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Al-Haram Residency, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, This hotel is best, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms.
