No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Rooms are awsome, thank you Al-Haram Residency and Guestkor for help, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Food too good.

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Rooms are awsome, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, You will not want to go back from here, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Everything about this Al-Haram Residency was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Had a great stay at this Al-Haram Residency and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent.

Wonderful Al-Haram Residency

It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, This is a perfect base to explore the area, I look forward to returning to the Al-Haram Residency in Neelum soon! inshallah, This was my first time at the Al-Haram Residency, I will try to stay there from now on, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, You should only stay with Al-Haram Residency because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups.

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Its a great way to spend some down time, Had a lovely first time in Al-Haram Residency, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , A fantastic place to stay, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent.
