Great stay!
By Arshan Date: March 30, 2020 08:55:23 AMStaff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks.

By Alishba Date: March 30, 2020 08:36:23 AMBreakfast was amazing!, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, We have been to Heaven In Hills Guest House some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience.

Excellent and supportive staff
By Abdah Date: March 30, 2020 08:37:23 AMI had a GREAT nights sleep, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Location is excellent, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room.
