Great Location

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, You will not want to go back from here, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, You should only stay with Heaven In Hills Guest House because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

Perfect Location

Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Breakfast was amazing!, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night.

Comfortable rooms, This Heaven In Hills Guest House hotel is best, This was my first time at the Heaven In Hills Guest House, I will try to stay there from now on, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Location is perfect, The hotel is in a good location, was a nice place to take a break, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Just got back from three nights at the Heaven In Hills Guest House my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!.

Hospitality at its best!

We have stayed at this fantastic Heaven In Hills Guest House many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, This place is smiply awesome, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly.

Good Exp at Heaven In Hills Guest House

Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Had a lovely first time in Heaven In Hills Guest House, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The hotel was extremely clean, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Heaven In Hills Guest House. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Heaven In Hills Guest House Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, really appreciated, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, I stayed at the Heaven In Hills Guest House because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, My room was lovely and very spacious.
