Great place to stay!

The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Heaven In Hills Guest House is extremely close to many restaurants.

Nice Hotel in Neelum

the atmosphere of Heaven In Hills Guest House is so special that it really felt like home to me, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, I look forward to returning to the Heaven In Hills Guest House in Neelum soon! inshallah, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Heaven In Hills Guest House is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.

Great Food!

In the Heaven In Hills Guest House you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, You should only stay with Heaven In Hills Guest House because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The room was very clean and nice, The best host we had in Neelum, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip.

Relaxed stay

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, This is a perfect base to explore the area, was a nice place to take a break, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, We have stayed at this fantastic Heaven In Hills Guest House many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, the atmosphere of Heaven In Hills Guest House is so special that it really felt like home to me, Had a lovely first time in Heaven In Hills Guest House, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, The best host we had in Neelum, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, We had a GREAT nights sleep.

Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, This is a perfect base to explore the area, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented.

a true sample of excellent hospitality!, A fantastic place to stay, The best host we had in Neelum, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Breakfast was amazing!, We stayed at Heaven In Hills Guest House, We have been to Heaven In Hills Guest House some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience.
