Beautiful, still needs some improvement

The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Breakfast was amazing!, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, This was my first time at the Keran highland Resort, I will try to stay there from now on, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer.

My stay is always top notch!

The best host we had in Neelum, really appreciated, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Keran highland Resort. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.

Clean and cozy

A fantastic place to stay, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, We have stayed at this fantastic Keran highland Resort many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Excellent Staff at Keran highland Resort

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, I stayed at the Keran highland Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Apr 2020, I look forward to returning to the Keran highland Resort in Neelum soon! inshallah, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum.

Wonderful Keran highland Resort

Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, In the Keran highland Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, This is a beautiful Keran highland Resort situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Everyone was so kind and helpful, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome.

Nice place to stay for family

Just got back from three nights at the Keran highland Resort my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The room was more clean and well appointed, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, service is also good with friendly staff, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Keran highland Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.
