Nice place to stay for family

A fantastic place to stay, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, The best host we had in Neelum.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, In the Keran highland Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , We have been to Keran highland Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, This was my first time at the Keran highland Resort, I will try to stay there from now on.

Great for Snow

Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Keran highland Resort Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Just got back from three nights at the Keran highland Resort my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Best Hotel in Neelum

Everyone was so kind and helpful, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Keran highland Resort. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Had a great stay at this Keran highland Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, We have been to Keran highland Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location.

Amazing weather

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, My room was lovely and very spacious, This place is smiply awesome, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The food is varied and excellent, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Food too good.
