Wonderful Keran highland Resort

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, We had a GREAT nights sleep, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The hotel is in a good location, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel.

Great customer service experience

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The best host we had in Neelum, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in May 2022.

Amazing weather

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, The employees were very friendly and efficient, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.

A True Heavenly Place!!!

Just got back from three nights at the Keran highland Resort my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, Had a great stay at this Keran highland Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The hotel is in a good location, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, I had a GREAT nights sleep, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, This place is smiply awesome.

Good Experience

Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, This has to be the best stay for me in Neelum, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , I look forward to returning to the Keran highland Resort in Neelum soon! inshallah, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, I had a GREAT nights sleep, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Keran highland Resort Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place.

Clean and cozy in Neelum

The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Keran highland Resort, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, service is also good with friendly staff, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping.
