The employees were very friendly and efficient, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, In the Keran highland Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, We had a GREAT nights sleep, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, We stayed at Keran highland Resort, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Keran highland Resort Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious.

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, thank you Keran highland Resort and Guestkor for help, This has to be the best stay for me in Neelum, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, the atmosphere of Keran highland Resort is so special that it really felt like home to me, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Keran highland Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, thank you Keran highland Resort and Guestkor for help.

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The best host we had in Neelum, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking.

Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, This Keran highland Resort hotel is best, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Keran highland Resort, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious.

Keran highland Resort is extremely close to many restaurants, Just got back from three nights at the Keran highland Resort my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”.

Best Hotel Keran highland Resort

You should only stay with Keran highland Resort because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Keran highland Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Had a great stay at this Keran highland Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Location is excellent, The hosts are charming.
