excellent service

I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Had a lovely first time in Keran highland Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., All are very professional and well spoken staff, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, thank you Keran highland Resort and Guestkor for help, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, This was my first time at the Keran highland Resort, I will try to stay there from now on.

Wonderful Exp

Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Keran highland Resort, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The hotel was extremely clean, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, service is also good with friendly staff.

Clean rooms, great food

The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, This is a beautiful Keran highland Resort situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, I stayed at the Keran highland Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Oct 2020, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , The hotel was extremely clean.

Food

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, Very clean and beautiful hotel, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Food too good, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum.

Nice Food

very good! Great breakfast and lunch, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Keran highland Resort, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Neelum, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, We have been to Keran highland Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The food is varied and excellent.

Clean and cozy

After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, You will not want to go back from here, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, This was my first time at the Keran highland Resort, I will try to stay there from now on.

Great for Snow

Rooms are awsome, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The room was more clean and well appointed.
