All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, A fantastic place to stay, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Keran Resort good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.

Wonderful Stay

In the Keran Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Had a great stay at this Keran Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, This place is smiply awesome, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children.

Excellent Service at Keran Resort

Rooms are awsome, The hotel was extremely clean, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Apr 2020, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, We stayed at Keran Resort, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. Beautiful, still needs some improvement

I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Keran Resort is extremely close to many restaurants, In the Keran Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The hotel was extremely clean, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Keran Resort, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Neelum, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

A wonderful family outing

Good experience at Keran Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Breakfast was amazing!, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, We stayed at Keran Resort, The hotel was extremely clean.
