Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Keran Resort Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The room was more clean and well appointed, Breakfast was amazing!, We have been to Keran Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, very good! Great breakfast and lunch.

Great location

On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Keran Resort is extremely close to many restaurants, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, was a nice place to take a break, Breakfast was amazing!, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!.

The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, We had a GREAT nights sleep, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, In the Keran Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Nice Staff Keran Resort

The rooms are a decent size for business travel, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Keran Resort. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, You will not want to go back from here, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Just got back from three nights at the Keran Resort my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, I have been coming here for the past three years and Keran Resort never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

Great Location

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The room was more clean and well appointed, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, This Keran Resort hotel is best, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Neelum. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm.

The best host we had in Neelum, Everyone was so kind and helpful, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Keran Resort, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Very clean and beautiful hotel, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom.
