Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Keran Resort, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Had a lovely first time in Keran Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, service is also good with friendly staff, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, I stayed at the Keran Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also.

The food is varied and excellent, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, This is a beautiful Keran Resort situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Neelum, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The hotel was extremely clean, The rooms have a very high standard for this Neelum. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room.

Nice Staff Keran Resort

The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Good experience at Keran Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Neelum , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The hotel was extremely clean, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Keran Resort Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services.

thank you Keran Resort and Guestkor for help, Just got back from three nights at the Keran Resort my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, service is also good with friendly staff, Had a great stay at this Keran Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., I stayed at the Keran Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.

The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Great location and on a quiet back road. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment.

But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

This is a perfect base to explore the area, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, This place is smiply awesome, The room was more clean and well appointed, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Keran Resort. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip.
