The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, We have been to Keran Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, really appreciated, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

Happy to stay at Keran Resort

The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Rooms are awsome, I stayed at the Keran Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards.

Clean rooms

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Neelum, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, This was my first time at the Keran Resort, I will try to stay there from now on, You will not want to go back from here, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

Great customer service experience

the atmosphere of Keran Resort is so special that it really felt like home to me, Keran Resort is extremely close to many restaurants, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The room was more clean and well appointed, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Dec 2021, We have been to Keran Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, You will not want to go back from here.

Staff

If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else, The hotel was extremely clean, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Neelum, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, I look forward to returning to the Keran Resort in Neelum soon! inshallah, Keran Resort is extremely close to many restaurants, Had a lovely first time in Keran Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

Everything was perfect!, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Had a lovely first time in Keran Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Keran Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied.

Affordable and Great

Location is perfect, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Very clean and beautiful hotel, the atmosphere of Keran Resort is so special that it really felt like home to me, Breakfast was amazing!, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place.
