Comfortable stay

All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Had a great stay at this Keran Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The hotel is in a good location, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, This was my first time at the Keran Resort, I will try to stay there from now on, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.

Nice Location & Staff

All of us had fresh salad for dinner, This is a beautiful Keran Resort situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Its a great way to spend some down time, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon.

Amazing stay

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, This is a perfect base to explore the area, This is a beautiful Keran Resort situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, very good! Great breakfast and lunch.

All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Had a great stay at this Keran Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Neelum, we stayed in Jun 2021, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Keran Resort is extremely close to many restaurants, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Neelum.

Enjoyed the natural beauty at Neelum Keran Resort, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Keran Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges.

Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!.
