Nice People

I stayed at the Keran Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Keran Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, We stayed here one night on our way back to Neelum from visiting villages in Neelum , The panoramic view of the Neelum , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Neelum unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Breakfast was amazing!, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal.

Paradise!

I have been coming here for the past three years and Keran Resort never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Neelum ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, We have been to Keran Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Rooms are awsome.

Very good breakfasts, The hotel is in a good location, This is a beautiful Keran Resort situated at Neelum, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Looking for a reason to return to Neelum so I can experience this hotel again, The hotel was extremely clean, Just got back from three nights at the Keran Resort my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, This Keran Resort hotel is best.

Excellent and supportive staff

Location is excellent, Food too good, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, thank you Keran Resort and Guestkor for help, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, If you are adventurous you get out of Neelum quickly but why go to Neelum like everyone else.

Amazing hotel

My room was lovely and very spacious, Its a great way to spend some down time, The employees were very friendly and efficient, Situated in the scenic splendour of Neelum, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, My room was always clean and all questions were answered.

Thanks to Guestkor, Everyone was so kind and helpful, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Food too good, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, You will not want to go back from here, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location.
