Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, You will not want to go back from here, In the Sayyam Heights you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need.

The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., The best host we had in Kaghan Valley, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal.

The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Location is perfect, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Aug 2022, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The employees were very friendly and efficient, This was my first time at the Sayyam Heights, I will try to stay there from now on.

The food is varied and excellent, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Kaghan Valley, we stayed in Jul 2022, You will not want to go back from here, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kaghan Valley ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent.

It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Sayyam Heights. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The hotel was extremely clean, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kaghan Valley, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Sayyam Heights is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Everyone was so kind and helpful, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Location is excellent, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent.

Excellent Food at Sayyam Heights

I stayed at the Sayyam Heights because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Had a great stay at this Sayyam Heights and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Situated in the scenic splendour of Kaghan Valley, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, was a nice place to take a break, thank you Sayyam Heights and Guestkor for help.
