A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Feb 2022, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., This Hotel Serenity hotel is best, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Rooms are awsome, really appreciated, Had a great stay at this Hotel Serenity and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel Serenity. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.

Affordable and Great

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Very clean and beautiful hotel, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, My room was lovely and very spacious, Looking for a reason to return to Kaghan Valley so I can experience this hotel again, Rooms are clean, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

was a nice place to take a break, thank you Hotel Serenity and Guestkor for help, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kaghan Valley ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.

Relaxed stay

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The hotel was extremely clean, The rooms have a very high standard for this Kaghan Valley. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Looking for a reason to return to Kaghan Valley so I can experience this hotel again, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Had a great stay at this Hotel Serenity and loved the way they have welcomed and served us.

Good Experience

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Great for Snow

The hotel is in a good location, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Thanks to Guestkor, The panoramic view of the Kaghan Valley , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kaghan Valley unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Location is perfect, Rooms are awsome, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Paradise!

The employees were very friendly and efficient, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, This is a perfect base to explore the area, The room was more clean and well appointed, Had a lovely first time in Hotel Serenity, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , My room was lovely and very spacious, Hotel Serenity good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality.
