Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kaghan Valley ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Everything about this Hotel Serenity was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, My room was lovely and very spacious, Situated in the scenic splendour of Kaghan Valley, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance.

This place is smiply awesome, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The room was very clean and nice, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, In the Hotel Serenity you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The best host we had in Kaghan Valley.

Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Kaghan Valley, You will not want to go back from here, This Hotel Serenity hotel is best, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Hotel Serenity good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The hotel was extremely clean.

Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The room was very clean and nice, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The best host we had in Kaghan Valley, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, really appreciated, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

Rooms are awsome, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Aug 2022, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel.
