Tourist Hamlet Privacy Policy rules & regulations

CHECK-IN
Check-in time is any time after 2 pm (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification, especially if you have already prepaid by a credit card your reservation before your arrival. The Tourist Hamlet will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, roll-away beds, crib, etc.) upon arrival. However the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier that the hotel’s check-in time and to want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you to booked also the night before.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is 11:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability. Any delay to checked-out will result an extra night being added to the final bill. The Tourist Hamlet can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed.

PAYMENT METHODS
For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either by a valid credit card or by bank transfer. Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need a written authorization send by the credit card holder with a copy of his credit card and a copy of his ID. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the credit card he used for his prepaid reservation or if we did not received the authorization before his arrival.

For non-prepaid reservations, upon arrival, you can pay cash or by a credit card number such as Easypaisa, MasterCard, MobiCash,Cash or Bank Transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. Please contact the hotel to have more information.
Prepaid reservations cannot be cancelled or modified and are non-refundable.

SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Tourist Hamlet. Smoking is only allowed outside the building.
Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of 500 per day.

WIRELLESS INTERNET ACCESS
Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel area. The optic fiber allows a quick and stable connection. For login and password, please ask the reception.

PARKING POLICY
On the street in front of the Hotel, parking is limited to two hours with a parking disc. For the others streets, you will have to pay on the machine for also a limited time. The hotel has a private parking, at the rate of 500 per day and parking has to be free at midday on the day of departure.
If you need a parking space before your arrival, please contact the hotel to book in advance your parking space as there is limited number of parking space.

PET POLICIES
Pets are not accepted in the rooms or in the common area of the Tourist Hamlet

VALUABLES
If you travel with valuables, there is a safety box in your wardrobe. The Tourist Hamlet is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.
