Amazing stay

My room was lovely and very spacious, was a nice place to take a break, I have been coming here for the past three years and Shangrila Resort Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The room was very clean and nice, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Murree ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges.

Nice Staff

Good experience at Shangrila Resort Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. Clean and cozy

The food is varied and excellent, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, service is also good with friendly staff, This hotel is best, Wonderful Location. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The hosts are charming.
