Clean rooms, great food

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The hotel was extremely clean, You will not want to go back from here, Location is perfect, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, the atmosphere of Shangrila Resort Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, thank you Shangrila Resort Hotel and Guestkor for help, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life.

Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Dec 2022, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Food too good, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The room was more clean and well appointed, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Shangrila Resort Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, You should only stay with Shangrila Resort Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups.

It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Shangrila Resort Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Good experience at Shangrila Resort Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Murree , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The hotel was extremely clean.

Had a lovely first time in Shangrila Resort Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, You should only stay with Shangrila Resort Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , This Shangrila Resort Hotel hotel is best, This is a beautiful Shangrila Resort Hotel situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Rooms are clean.

Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, We had a GREAT nights sleep, Everything about this Shangrila Resort Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, was a nice place to take a break, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, A fantastic place to stay.

Amazing staff

If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, I have been coming here for the past three years and Shangrila Resort Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Everything about this Shangrila Resort Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The room was more clean and well appointed, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay.
