Good location for family

Its a great way to spend some down time, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Had a lovely first time in Shangrila Resort Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Food too good.

my fav Shangrila Resort Hotel

Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Murree ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Shangrila Resort Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Rooms are awsome, The food is varied and excellent, I have been coming here for the past three years and Shangrila Resort Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, service is also good with friendly staff, thank you Shangrila Resort Hotel and Guestkor for help.

Wonderful Stay

I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Murree, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, This was my first time at the Shangrila Resort Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, Everything about this Shangrila Resort Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Shangrila Resort Hotel family hotel

Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The panoramic view of the Murree , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Murree unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, In the Shangrila Resort Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Sep 2022.

Nice Location & Staff

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, This has to be the best stay for me in Murree, I stayed at the Shangrila Resort Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, This is a beautiful Shangrila Resort Hotel situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, Everything about this Shangrila Resort Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Wonderful Murree

The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Murree, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Rooms are clean.

Amazing experience

Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The room was more clean and well appointed, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food.
