Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The hotel was extremely clean, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Breakfast was amazing!, Everything about this Shangrila Resort Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Murree, Had a lovely first time in Shangrila Resort Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

Good Service Shangrila Resort Hotel

The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Breakfast was amazing!, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Murree, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Food too good.

Nice Place

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Shangrila Resort Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Apr 2022, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, We had a GREAT nights sleep, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree.

Good Experience

Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Mar 2022, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Murree Shangrila Resort Hotel, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, I had a GREAT nights sleep.

Excellent Rooms at Shangrila Resort Hotel

Breakfast was amazing!, Shangrila Resort Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, This was my first time at the Shangrila Resort Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, Shangrila Resort Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, You should only stay with Shangrila Resort Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups.

Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, I stayed at the Shangrila Resort Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The hotel is in a good location, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room.
