Great place to stay!

The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Everyone was so kind and helpful, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., The food was very tasty and beautifully presented.

Clean rooms

Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Its a great way to spend some down time, Had a great stay at this Shangrila Resort Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, We have stayed at this fantastic Shangrila Resort Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Shangrila Resort Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location.

Comfortable rooms, In the Shangrila Resort Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The food is varied and excellent, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Location is perfect, I have been coming here for the past three years and Shangrila Resort Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Murree, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Everything about this Shangrila Resort Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, the atmosphere of Shangrila Resort Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The room was very clean and nice.

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Sep 2021, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, You should only stay with Shangrila Resort Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards.

Rooms are awsome, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The room was more clean and well appointed, This Shangrila Resort Hotel hotel is best, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, I stayed at the Shangrila Resort Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious.
