incredible staff

Had a lovely first time in The Smart Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Food too good, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Jul 2022, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

Comfortable stay

I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, This was my first time at the The Smart Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, We had a GREAT nights sleep, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away.

We have stayed at this fantastic The Smart Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, I will definitely stay here again! in The Smart Hotel inshallah, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Jun 2022, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, We stayed here one night on our way back to Murree from visiting villages in Murree , I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied.

The food is varied and excellent, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, You should only stay with The Smart Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Very clean and beautiful hotel.

Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, My room was lovely and very spacious, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, You will not want to go back from here, This place is smiply awesome, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, The room was very clean and nice.

Its a great way to spend some down time, The hotel is in a good location, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Rooms are awsome, really appreciated.

The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, This is a perfect base to explore the area, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm.
