Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, I will definitely stay here again! in The Smart Hotel inshallah, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, You will not want to go back from here, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Rooms are clean.

Clean and cozy

This has to be the best stay for me in Murree, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Murree. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, I stayed at the The Smart Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Had a great stay at this The Smart Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, All are very professional and well spoken staff.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Very clean and beautiful hotel, I had a GREAT nights sleep, This is a perfect base to explore the area, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The Smart Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants.

Wonderful Experience!

The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The panoramic view of the Murree , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Murree unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, This place is smiply awesome, I have been coming here for the past three years and The Smart Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Location is excellent.

A True Heavenly Place!!!

Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Murree, we stayed in Sep 2022, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, I stayed at the The Smart Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The Smart Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Had a great stay at this The Smart Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, If you are adventurous you get out of Murree quickly but why go to Murree like everyone else.

This place is smiply awesome, The hotel is in a good location, The Smart Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this The Smart Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service..

Rooms are clean, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Murree The Smart Hotel, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, We have stayed at this fantastic The Smart Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains.
