Wonderful, warm and friendly

I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, We have been to The Smart Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience..

Great location

Very clean and beautiful hotel, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Murree ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers.

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The Smart Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, We stayed here one night on our way back to Murree from visiting villages in Murree , Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Everything about this The Smart Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The Smart Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Murree, I have been coming here for the past three years and The Smart Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

Wonderful The Smart Hotel

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this The Smart Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, The employees were very friendly and efficient, We have stayed at this fantastic The Smart Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains.

Nice place to stay

The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, The panoramic view of the Murree , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Murree unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, I stayed at the The Smart Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, We have been to The Smart Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.

Wonderful Stay

The hotel was extremely clean, This is a beautiful The Smart Hotel situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, This was my first time at the The Smart Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location.

desi Food

That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called The Smart Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Murree, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, We have stayed at this fantastic The Smart Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Had a great stay at this The Smart Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Murree.
