The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The hotel was extremely clean, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, We had a GREAT nights sleep, Breakfast was amazing!, This is a beautiful The Smart Hotel situated at Murree, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.

Perfect Location

In the The Smart Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, I look forward to returning to the The Smart Hotel in Murree soon! inshallah, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Situated in the scenic splendour of Murree, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable.

incredible staff

I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, thank you The Smart Hotel and Guestkor for help.

Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, We stayed here one night on our way back to Murree from visiting villages in Murree , I stayed at the The Smart Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, You should only stay with The Smart Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

Excellent Staff at The Smart Hotel

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Everyone was so kind and helpful, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm.

Amazing experience

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, My room was lovely and very spacious, The Smart Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive The Smart Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services.
