A True Heavenly Place!!!

The room was very clean and nice, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, This place is smiply awesome, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay.

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The room was very clean and nice, The hotel was extremely clean, I have been coming here for the past three years and The Smart Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, We stayed at The Smart Hotel, The hotel is in a good location, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.

After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Its a great way to spend some down time, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, A fantastic place to stay, really appreciated, The panoramic view of the Murree , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Murree unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent.

Nice Staff

thank you The Smart Hotel and Guestkor for help, The hotel was extremely clean, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, service is also good with friendly staff, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, This was my first time at the The Smart Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on.

Great stay!

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive The Smart Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, My room was lovely and very spacious, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, We have stayed at this fantastic The Smart Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, This was my first time at the The Smart Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on.

We have stayed at this fantastic The Smart Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. MD is very helpful and cooperative, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , In the The Smart Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, This hotel is best.
