The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, A fantastic place to stay, really appreciated, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Situated in the scenic splendour of Murree, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance.

Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, the atmosphere of Grand Heights Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, Food too good, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The hotel was extremely clean.

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, This was my first time at the Grand Heights Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, Breakfast was amazing!, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds.

Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Looking for a reason to return to Murree so I can experience this hotel again, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Murree, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Murree, We had a GREAT nights sleep, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night.

Nice Staff Grand Heights Hotel

The room was more clean and well appointed, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly.

The best host we had in Murree, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , We had a GREAT nights sleep, The rooms have a very high standard for this Murree. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The room was very clean and nice.

Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, A fantastic place to stay, I stayed at the Grand Heights Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, I had a GREAT nights sleep.
