incredible staff

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, really appreciated, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, This is a perfect base to explore the area, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, This has to be the best stay for me in Kumrat, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.

Clean rooms, great food

My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The panoramic view of the Kumrat , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kumrat unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Waterfall View Hotel & Resort. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Waterfall View Hotel & Resort good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!.

Nice property

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, This is a perfect base to explore the area, The panoramic view of the Kumrat , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kumrat unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Kumrat Waterfall View Hotel & Resort, Everything about this Waterfall View Hotel & Resort was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Everything was perfect!, You should only stay with Waterfall View Hotel & Resort because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Had a great stay at this Waterfall View Hotel & Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us.

The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The room was very clean and nice, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Waterfall View Hotel & Resort, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Kumrat, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Location is perfect, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The food is varied and excellent, was a nice place to take a break, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.
