Breakfast was amazing!, Hotel The City West good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, A fantastic place to stay, My room was lovely and very spacious, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, The panoramic view of the Kalam , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kalam unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

If you are adventurous you get out of Kalam quickly but why go to Kalam like everyone else, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Hotel The City West good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Kalam Hotel The City West, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, thank you Hotel The City West and Guestkor for help.

Clean and cozy in Kalam

All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel The City West never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, This hotel is best, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, In the Hotel The City West you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

Good Hotel in Kalam

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kalam, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel The City West many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Kalam, we stayed in Jun 2020, This is a perfect base to explore the area, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.

The employees were very friendly and efficient, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kalam, service is also good with friendly staff, Hotel The City West is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, You should only stay with Hotel The City West because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent.

Very peaceful

A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in May 2020, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kalam ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, This place is smiply awesome, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, My room was lovely and very spacious, Had a great stay at this Hotel The City West and loved the way they have welcomed and served us.
