Nice place to stay

Everything about this Hotel The City West was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel The City West Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Had a great stay at this Hotel The City West and loved the way they have welcomed and served us.

Excellent and supportive staff

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel The City West many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The employees were very friendly and efficient, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, A fantastic place to stay.

Loving Kalam

The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, In the Hotel The City West you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, My room was lovely and very spacious, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Rooms are awsome, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Hotel The City West, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Kalam, The room was very clean and nice, The best host we had in Kalam, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Kalam Hotel The City West, the atmosphere of Hotel The City West is so special that it really felt like home to me.

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel The City West. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills.
