Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., really appreciated, Had a lovely first time in Hotel The City West, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Kalam, This is a perfect base to explore the area, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

Food

Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Everyone was so kind and helpful, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The hotel was extremely clean, was a nice place to take a break, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kalam.

The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Hotel The City West is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Good experience at Hotel The City West. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Kalam , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kalam, In the Hotel The City West you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

Nice Staff

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, The hotel was extremely clean, I look forward to returning to the Hotel The City West in Kalam soon! inshallah, Just got back from three nights at the Hotel The City West my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave.

A True Heavenly Place!!!

My room was lovely and very spacious, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel The City West never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. Wonderful Food

We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel The City West many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Hotel The City West is extremely close to many restaurants, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, I had a GREAT nights sleep.
