Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kalam, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, Had a lovely first time in Hotel The City West, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

Very clean and beautiful hotel, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, A fantastic place to stay, really appreciated, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel The City West. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Everything about this Hotel The City West was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, In the Hotel The City West you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Everyone was so kind and helpful, very good! The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, The room was very clean and nice, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel The City West never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, really appreciated, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, I stayed at the Hotel The City West because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also.

Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kalam, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Kalam, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The panoramic view of the Kalam , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kalam unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent.
