I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, really appreciated, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel The City West. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kalam ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children.

Great for Snow

We had a GREAT nights sleep, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., You will not want to go back from here, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Hotel The City West Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, This place is smiply awesome, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

Lovely hotel

I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, You will not want to go back from here, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, This has to be the best stay for me in Kalam, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Situated in the scenic splendour of Kalam, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place.

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jul 2021, I look forward to returning to the Hotel The City West in Kalam soon! inshallah, My room was lovely and very spacious, We stayed here one night on our way back to Kalam from visiting villages in Kalam , Wonderful Location. Comfortable good food cosy hotel

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, was a nice place to take a break, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, The hotel was extremely clean, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, I will definitely stay here again! in Hotel The City West inshallah, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kalam.
