Great place to stay!

The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Situated in the scenic splendour of Kalam, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Everything about this Hotel The City West was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jun 2021, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Breakfast was amazing!.

The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Clean rooms

We had a GREAT nights sleep, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, We stayed here one night on our way back to Kalam from visiting villages in Kalam , It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Kalam, I had a GREAT nights sleep.

Wonderful place, excellent service and amazing views!

Had a great stay at this Hotel The City West and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, I will definitely stay here again! in Hotel The City West inshallah, The room was very clean and nice, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Hotel The City West Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place.

Staff

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The hotel was extremely clean, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Mar 2021.

Nice Staff Hotel The City West

The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, This is a perfect base to explore the area, the atmosphere of Hotel The City West is so special that it really felt like home to me, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The hotel was extremely clean.
