Wonderful, as always

Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Kalam ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children.

My favorite hotel for relaxation

This was my first time at the Hotel The City West, I will try to stay there from now on, If you are adventurous you get out of Kalam quickly but why go to Kalam like everyone else, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, We stayed at Hotel The City West, Very clean and beautiful hotel.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Aug 2020.

It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Its a great way to spend some down time, The rooms have a very high standard for this Kalam. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, was a nice place to take a break, Very clean and beautiful hotel, thank you Hotel The City West and Guestkor for help.

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Everything about this Hotel The City West was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Food too good, Its a great way to spend some down time, Had a lovely first time in Hotel The City West, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious.

Nice Hotel in Kalam

The food is varied and excellent, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Breakfast was amazing!, Just got back from three nights at the Hotel The City West my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The hotel is in a good location, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel The City West. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.

Excellent Rooms at Hotel The City West

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, really appreciated, Looking for a reason to return to Kalam so I can experience this hotel again, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, I stayed at the Hotel The City West because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, This is a perfect base to explore the area, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!.
