I stayed at the Hotel The City West because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Food too good, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel The City West never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, We have been to Hotel The City West some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services.

Clean rooms, great food

The room was more clean and well appointed, This hotel is best, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kalam, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Had a lovely first time in Hotel The City West, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things.

Amazing weather

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, In the Hotel The City West you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, You should only stay with Hotel The City West because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel The City West many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

Wonderful Exp

The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Kalam, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, This hotel is best, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel The City West many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, The employees were very friendly and efficient.

Excellent and supportive staff

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, I had a GREAT nights sleep, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, We stayed at Hotel The City West, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, service is also good with friendly staff, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Hotel The City West is extremely close to many restaurants.

I was very happy with my stay!

It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hotel The City West. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The hotel was extremely clean, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.

My favorite hotel for relaxation

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, This is a beautiful Hotel The City West situated at Kalam, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, We stayed at Hotel The City West, Just got back from three nights at the Hotel The City West my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , A fantastic place to stay, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.
